Nestled right in the heart of Fremont Street, this is a place where time slows just enough to savor well-crafted moments and a relaxed yet polished atmosphere. The lighting is soft, the booths offer a quiet privacy with their high backs, and a thoughtfully curated vintage soundtrack hums gently in the background, inviting easy conversation and lingering glasses.
The pace here is unhurried, where attentive service meets a genuine warmth that’s rare in the city's bustling dining scene. Staff members engage with a personal touch, turning a meal into an experience remembered not just for the food, but for the comfortable company and seamless rhythm of the evening.
The menu is a narrative of rich Italian-American tradition intertwined with the unmistakable allure of a classic steakhouse and the fresh appeal of coastal seafood. Whether it’s a beautifully seared filet mignon arriving with the subtle indulgence of white truffle whipped potatoes, or a plate of pan-roasted sea scallops served on a bed of ricotta gnocchi, each dish is crafted to feel both familiar and a little adventurous. Adding to the experience, small gestures like warm bread paired with caponata or a playful pasta surprise bring an intimate hospitality that feels crafted just for you.
The atmosphere captures the best of old Vegas—unpretentious yet refined, a little nostalgic but thoroughly welcoming. It’s a spot where couples celebrate quiet milestones, friends gather for cocktails and conversation, and anyone craving rich, soulful flavors can find a genuine sense of place. Whether you gravitate toward the bar’s lively buzz or the snug calm of a booth, dinner at Andiamo encourages you to slow down, savor more than just a meal, and leave feeling a bit more connected to the city’s enduring spirit.

Adiamo was such a nice experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting and very "old vegas" The service was outstanding and very professional, Marco was the best! The food was also outstanding. We had the meatball appetizer and shared a wedge salad with blue cheese dressing which was so delicious. We had the porterhouse for dinner and it was very high quality and cooked to perfection. We will return here for sure!

Visited this Place last night for dinner. Was very VERY pleased. The atmosphere was great with some nice vintage music. The service was excellent. I had the Salmon and my wife had the Lobster ravioli. Both great considering my wife is super picky she loved it. The waiter was super cool brought me a small Pasta with my salmon and said "So youre not jealous of your wife's pasta" haha super cool. Also had a Bloody Mary. Asked for it spicy and didnt disappoint i had 2 of em. Definitely recommended and will be back.

Old school Vegas. Equally an excellent Italian restaurant and steakhouse. Delicious combination. From cocktails to appetizers to our steaks, everything was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Our waiter(s) were very impressive, good suggestions, and charming in a way Las Vegas would never be again. Total class. The booths were very comfortable and private with high backs. It was quiet and easy to have a conversation. A real rarity in the Fremont area.

Wow! What a treat! Arrive hungry because the portions are meant to satisfy your palate and appetite! We decided to sit at the bar and Jessica took great care of us! We started with a Caesar salad and she gave us delicious warm bread with caponata to dip into (yummo!) I ordered the shrimp scampi and I must say it was the best shrimp scampi I’ve ever had! It was served over linguine with giant shrimp on top in a creamy scampi sauce.. so good!!! My friend had a NY strip steak with a loaded baked potato and he was very satisfied.. Located at the “D” on Fremont upstairs made it easy to get to since we were staying on Fremont Street. I would definitely go back again the next time I’m in town..

Wonderful experience at Joe Vicari’s! Hugo was phenomenal. He really took care of us and showed us how important we were. We celebrated a friends birthday and it was overall a 10/10 experience. Best steak I’ve had in years!!!

Whenever I go to Vegas, there’s one steakhouse I always make a point to visit: Andiamo Steakhouse, located on Fremont Street. It’s one of the best in town. There’s no big-name celebrity chef or flashy modern design—just classic, old-school steakhouse vibes with Frank Sinatra playing over the speakers. I’ve been coming here for years, and the service has always been top-notch. The hostess is welcoming, and if you go, do yourself a favor and ask for John as your waiter—he’s been there since day one and is absolutely fantastic. From the steaks to the seafood, you can’t go wrong. They make one of the best Caesar salads I’ve ever had—perfectly balanced with just the right amount of zest, dressing, and cheese. The steaks are always cooked to the right temperature and seasoned perfectly. I know some people say never to put sauce on a steak, but trust me, their Andiamo house sauce is fire—you’ll want to take a bottle home. If you’re in Vegas, make the trip to Andiamo for a truly great steak dinner—and don’t forget to ask for John.

I think this is my new favorite steakhouse in Las Vegas! My best friend and I came here to celebrate her birthday, and Andiamo did not disappoint. I loved everything: the bread, the little relish-y spread with the eggplant, tomatoes, capers, and olives (and I generally can't stand olives at all, but I ate this like it was going out of style), the surprise spaghetti (I had no idea the angel hair pasta was coming, so that was a nice treat), the BBQ shrimp, the filet mignon with gorgonzola crust, the massive chocolate cake, and the fact that they brought out a pretty crème brûlée for my friend's birthday. Our server was an older blonde woman who was so friendly and sweet, and it was a pleasure to have her wait on us. Literally everything about this place was awesome. It's such a contrast to the D Casino & Hotel itself. At Andiamo, the air conditioning works, it doesn't smell like smoke, and the music from the Fremont stages isn't rattling the entire area, none of which I could say about the hotel itself (we had an unfortunate stay in one of the rooms during the second half of our trip). It's peaceful, lovely, and most of all, delicious. I highly recommend going here. It's been 6 days since we dined there, and I've thought about it literally every day.

Great steakhouse in the heart of "Old Vegas" gives you that upscale feeling of the Strip places, but with a more laid back vibe that Freemont St brings.
